• Section 5: Gold & Silver. Lists 8 of the incredible stocks / companies which I own, percentage allocations to each stock, WHERE and HOW I purchased them.

• Section 6: Cryptocurrencies. Lists 10 of the incredible crypto projects I own, percentage allocation to each asset, WHERE and HOW I purchased them.

Boris Peysakhov

is a futurist, investor and an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in finance and investments. During his career, Boris was involved in various areas of finance which include lending, underwriting, management and sale of commercial and residential real estate investments, as well as various forms of alternative investments.

Boris first began his career in residential real estate, moving rapidly into commercial real estate, directly involved in underwriting and management of approximately $1.7 billion worth of commercial real estate loan transactions for office, retail, multifamily, condo construction and hospitality assets. Boris then went on to start his own consulting company, Peysa Properties, which assisted high net worth and institutional investors in the acquisition and disposition of various types of commercial real estate properties, which include hotels, office buildings, multi-family and land for development.

During his time as principal at Peysa Properties, Boris began learning about and investing into various types of alternative investments, including gold and silver and eventually was introduced to Bitcoin and as well as other Cryptocurrencies and digital asset projects. Boris then began teaching his friends, family and community on the power of alternative assets until the demand for this type of information got to a point where he could not dedicate his time to all of his friends and community. This is why Boris decided to put together an easy, straight to the point educational course on Alternative Investments, which would provide access to invaluable information and education to individuals not just in his community, but all over the world.
